The Best Realistic Night Routine for School Success
In order to start your morning off well, you need to end the previous night well. These tips will help you create a restful wind-down routine to get you prepared for bed. Set an Alarm Like I mentioned in my morning routine blog post— check it out if you haven’t already — you should set an alarm for what time you go to bed. This is to keep yourself conscious of the time so you don’t look up from your screen to find 5 hours have passed and now it’s 2am and you still have to go to school the next day. Prepare for the Next Day Once that alarm goes off, signaling it’s time to get ready for bed, stop whatever it was you were doing and begin preparing for the next day.
